These outline your rights, responsibilities, and acceptable use of our digital business card services.

Please read them carefully before creating an account or making a purchase.

1. Introduction & Definitions

In these Terms:

“Card2Me”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the digital business card platform operated in Ireland. “You” or “your” refers to any individual or organisation using our services. “Service” includes our website, digital cards, NFC features, analytics, and related tools. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with Card2Me, you must be at least 18 years of age.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential.

Do not share your account credentials with anyone else.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity.

One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial (if offered) unless approved by us.

We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account at our sole discretion.

Misuse or provision of false information may result in account termination.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Card2Me platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not use the service to send spam, promotional content, or unsolicited messages.

Content you upload must be accurate, respectful, and not infringe on the rights of others.

You may not upload or distribute any harmful code, viruses, or malware.

Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users’ accounts is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or display using your digital cards.

We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You may not use Card2Me to impersonate another individual or organisation.

Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with platform functionality is not permitted.

We monitor platform usage to ensure safety, integrity, and compliance.

Breaching these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

4. Pricing, Payment & Subscription

Card2Me offers the following subscription plans: Starter – €10.00 Professional – €25.00 Team – €50.00 Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required under Irish consumer law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Card2Me, including branding, design, software, and materials, remains the property of Card2Me or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us a limited licence to display and process it to deliver our services. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store your information.

7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous availability. Card2Me shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss Loss of data, income, or business opportunity Delays or disruptions due to system maintenance, updates, or third-party issues Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Cancellation, Termination & Governing Law

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
