Interpretation
Words with capitalised initial letters have specific meanings as defined in this section. These definitions apply regardless of whether the words appear in singular or plural form.
For the purposes of this Refund and Return Policy:
Company refers to Card2Me (referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our").
Goods refers to the products offered for sale on our Service.
Orders refers to a request made by you to purchase Goods from us.
Service refers to the Card2Me website and its offerings.
Website refers to the Card2Me platform, accessible via https://card2me.com.
You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days without providing a reason.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the day you receive the Goods or, if a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods, from that date.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have passed their expiry date.
Goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once opened after delivery.
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any items that do not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, Goods on sale are not refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for any Goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. A refund cannot be issued without the actual receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.
